Elizabeth Harris is the Symposium Editor of the American University Business Law Review (AUBLR). Since starting WCL in fall 2011, she has been a Dean’s Fellow for Professor J. Raskin (chair of the Law and Government department at WCL and a Maryland State Senator). Elizabeth is an SBA peer mentor. During law school, she was a paid legal intern for in-house corporate counsel at Novartis International AG with Alcon Laboratories, Inc. This past summer Elizabeth was a summer associate at Dickstein Shapiro LLP. She will work in the Janet R. Spragens Federal Tax Clinic at WCL in spring 2014.

Elizabeth is from the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated from Boston University with a major in Communications and a concentration in Legal Studies. Following graduation, she was a paralegal for several years at a Washington, DC firm specializing in insurance coverage litigation. Elizabeth enjoys international travel, scuba diving, and photography.
